National Police Legacy Day – 17 June, an annual event that brings together Police Legacy organisations around the country.
It is about shining a light on the life-changing work Police Legacy organisations carry out and the incredible support they give to the families of police officers who have lost their lives whilst serving.
NT Police Legacy has supported legatees families since 1990 – a constant reminder that families remain an important part of the policing family.
The symbol of National Police Legacy Day is the Michaelmas Daisy – the flower of St Michael, patron saint of police. You can make a difference by wearing the Police Legacy Daisy, this 17 June 🩵
